Chaining - sounds like a cool technique

I've come accross a new technique to attain lucidity on the LD4all forums which was reported by dunlar.

Here is how he pretty much writes about it (I've made a resumé):
Unlike with the other techniques, you go to bed not even worrying about having a lucid dream. Worry of not moving when you wake up. Absolutely not moving.

From this point, you should be able to get into a lucid dream without much trouble.
Maybe you would want to repeat that you are dreaming too.

It should take no more than a couple minutes to fall asleep if you don't move. Even more. When you wake up you can repeat this technique and get another lucid dream.

So, in all, he sums it up:

1) Have a dream.

2) Wake up and don't move.

3) Have a lucid dream. Improvise!

4) Go back to step 2.

Sounds neat indeed. Gotta try this one.
