He has also kind of asked people to let him know if it works out for them too so you may be doing it, I guess. If it works out and if he takes donations, go ahead. ;)
Anyway, here is what he has basically written:
- Get a pencil and a piece of paper.
- Write "I will have a lucid dream tonight" 50 times.
- Go to sleep. Chances are, you are going to have a lucid dream that night.
It's pretty simple but if it works out for you, well, Bob's your uncle. ;)
